We're pulling different vintages of Cabernet Sauvignon out of the cellar for an exclusive vertical library tasting event. Join us for a special afternoon where we will deep-dive into varying vintages of our Cabernet Sauvignon and learn about how a wine's character changes over time and how factors like weather, aging, and winemaking techniques affect the wine. The tasting will feature Cabernet Sauvignon from 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, with accompanying cheese selections to highlight each wine. This event starts promptly at 2:00 pm on January, 11 2025 and will be held in our Barrel Cave. Please arrive early at The Tasting Room to check in.
